Add your website or files, and DocVera Assist answers your visitors in a chat on your site. Every answer shows the page it came from, and when the answer isn't there, it offers a person instead of guessing.

From your pages to your site in three steps

  1. Add your website or files

    Enter your site's address or sitemap, or upload PDFs, Word documents and text files. It reads them into passages it can search.

  2. Ask it what your customers ask

    Try questions in the playground before anyone else sees it, and check which passage each answer used.

  3. Paste one line on your site

    Pick its colour, icon and greeting, then add the code to any site, including WordPress and site builders.

When the answer isn't in your pages

It says so, instead of making something up. Then it helps the visitor reach you.

The visitor can reach a person
They leave an email and their question, and your team gets it by email or Slack.
You see what it couldn't answer
Every unanswered question is saved under Knowledge gaps, most asked first.
Answer once, and it knows
Write the answer next to the question, and the assistant uses it from then on.
